Live-in caregivers are our specialty!

Life Force, Caregivers for the Elderly

At Life Force we understand that there are differentiating needs between every care recipient. Whether your loved one is about to transition from a hospital (or nursing facility) to home, or your family is looking for assistance to keep your loved one safe and independent within the comforts of their own home.

Our live-in caregivers are here to help every step of the way.

AFFORDABLE SERVICE

In many cases you’ll pay less for a live-in caregiver from us because we charge a flat daily rate. We don’t charge hourly as do other providers.

Dependable SERVICE

A live-in caregiver gives you the peace of mind that your loved one is never left alone during the 24-hour day.

Flexible SERVICE

A live-in caregiver will provide personal care as needed and when needed by your loved one during the 24-hour day.
A live-in caregiver, for your peace of mind!

Our skilled live-in caregiver will assist your loved one with activities of daily living (ADL) over a 24-hour period as needed, when needed!

Activities of daily living generally include:

  • Ambulation
  • Bathing
  • Emotional Support
  • Grocery Shopping (where possible)
  • Hydration
  • Incontinence Care
  • Laundry
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Meal Preparation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Outside Escort
  • Transferring
Live-in caregivers are a breed apart.

We are an approved Medicaid provider in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

The proper care requires the proper caregiver.

Our live-in caregivers have cared for elderly clients facing various health challenges. The first step in delivering services is to conduct a FREE, thorough needs assessment visit (NAV) to determine the ADL requirements of your loved one. This FREE service is crucial to assign the best-qualified caregiver to the elderly care recipient. A proper understanding of the needs of the client will ensure the delivery of optimal care.

Free Needs Assessment

The needs assessment visit (NAV) is the first step in determining the optimal care plan. Our NAV is thorough and all-inclusive. We will identify the particular needs of the client. We will also examine the client’s living quarters and identify potential risk factors and advise accordingly and recommend measures to improve the safety of the premises. Further, we will discuss finances and share with the client any resources available to help fund the care expense of the loved one. We will also recommend any and all legal resources to help chart the care program moving forward into the future.

One of our care managers will set a time to come to your location, assess your living arrangements, your property, and discuss the needs of the person in need of a live-in caregiver.
